Boonville Evansville Indiana USGS 15-Min Topo Map 1925

$35.00

A 1902 edition USGS 15-minute quadrangle, printed in 1925, this antique sheet is in very good condition for a copy of its age and is printed on thick stock. It depicts a stretch of southwestern Indiana across portions of Warrick, Gibson, Vanderburgh, and Pike counties, taking in Boonville, Chandler, Lynnville, Elberfeld, and Mackey, with Evansville — a significant Ohio River city — present along the sheet’s southern reach. Researchers and collectors interested in the early-twentieth-century geography of the lower Wabash and Ohio River region will find the 1902 edition date a meaningful baseline for how this corner of Indiana was mapped at that time.
