A 1957 edition printed in 1963, this USGS 15-minute topographic sheet is in excellent condition, very lightly handled and never folded, on thick stock. Set in Grand County about 65 miles northwest of Denver, the quad takes in the town of Hot Sulphur Springs and the community of Parshall, along with part of Arapaho National Forest. Drawn from a 1954 and 1957 aerial and field survey, the map covers the high Colorado River valley country that follows the river down through this stretch of the Rockies. The map area is flawless, with only a light inventory stamp on the lower collar.
