The quad covers terrain in Mohave County, Arizona, including the Hualapai Mountains and the community of Griffith, with portions of the Wabayuma Peak Wilderness falling within its boundaries. Hikers, hunters, and others drawn to this rugged desert mountain wilderness will find it a useful period reference, and the thick stock makes it a durable one.
