This USGS 7.5-minute topographic map is a 1968 edition printed in 1971, in very good condition and never folded, with a smooth, flat sheet on thick stock. Covering the western side of Nashville in Davidson County, the quad area takes in the city itself along with Berry Hill and named localities such as Cumberland Heights and Whitebridge, drawn from a 1951 through 1968 aerial and field survey. Mapped at 1:24,000 with a 10-foot contour interval, it records the historic travel routes, river crossings, rail lines, and placenames of the area running from Nashville northwestward. The map area is flawless; only library stamps in the bottom right collar and very minor blemishes mark the sheet.
