This USGS 15-minute topographic sheet is a 1913 edition printed in 1962, in good condition on thick stock. It takes in country along the Pennsylvania–New York line in Erie and Chautauqua counties, with the quad area including North East and Northwest Harborcreek in Pennsylvania and Wattsburg to the south. The 1913 base was surveyed before the modern interstate system, so it maps the roads and marks every house known at the time of the field survey. The sheet was never folded and shows no markings in the map area, with light horizontal storage creases along the top edge and a library stamp in the collar; edge protectors have been applied.

Maps from the 15-minute series for the continental United States are no longer produced or printed by the USGS and original prints are becoming increasingly difficult to find.
