This 15-minute USGS topographic sheet is a 1948 edition, printed in 1957, in very good condition on thick stock, lightly handled and never folded. The quad sits in the forested highlands of north-central Pennsylvania around St. Marys, taking in country across Cameron, Elk, and McKean counties, with the communities of Crosby and Emporium falling within its boundaries. Built from a 1945 and 1948 aerial and field survey, it shows the ridge-and-valley terrain of the region at a 40-foot contour interval; the sheet carries edge protectors and a library stamp in the right collar.
