Honokane Hawaii Niulii USGS 7.5-Min Topo Map 1984 Vintage
$48
This USGS 7.5-minute topographic map is a 1982 edition printed in 1984, and the sheet is in excellent condition, lightly handled, never folded, smooth and flat. Covering a stretch of the northern Kohala coast on the Big Island about 51 miles northwest of Hilo, the quad area takes in Niulii and the deep windward valleys and sea cliffs that give this part of the island its rugged character. Drawn from aerial and field survey work spanning 1954 through 1982 at a scale of 1:24,000 with 40-foot contours, the map traces the steep terrain in fine detail, and its flat, unfolded sheet would frame well.
