This USGS/Army Corps of Engineers 7.5-minute topographic sheet is a 1947 edition, printed in 1953, and is in very good condition with a flawless map area and only very minor collar wear. Covering a stretch of Coryell County in central Texas about 72 miles north of Austin, the quad area takes in the community of Flat and Hubbard Cemetery, with terrain rendered at a 20-foot contour interval. The North Fort Hood name reflects the military reservation that occupies this ground, and the sheet was printed on thick stock and never folded, having been only lightly handled since 1953.
