This USGS 15-minute topographic map is a 1962 edition printed in 1964, and the sheet is in excellent condition: very lightly handled, never folded, and lightly age-toned. It covers country about 20 miles west of Roswell in Chaves and Lincoln counties, taking in the Two Rivers Reservoir area and drawn from 1959 and 1962 aerial and field survey work. Never having been folded, it lies flat and shows a flawless map area, with only an inventory stamp in an otherwise clean collar—well suited to framing for anyone with a tie to this stretch of the Pecos country.
