This USGS 7.5-minute topographic sheet is a 1950 edition with photorevisions through 1967, printed in 1972 on thick stock and in very good condition, lightly handled with a single midsheet horizontal foldline. Covering roughly seven by nine miles in Ventura County, the quad takes in the Newbury Park and Thousand Oaks area west of Los Angeles, and its boundaries also include Camarillo and Casa Conejo. The 1967 revisions caught the Conejo Valley as postwar growth was reshaping it, recording the roads and development spreading across what had long been open ranch country. The map area itself is clean, with no markings or blemishes.

This vintage sheet is a 1950 edition of the Newbury Park California USGS topographic map revised in 1967 using aerial photography. It is an original 54-year-old 1972 United States Geological Survey print in very good condition.
