$36

This USGS 7.5-minute topographic map is a 1947 edition, printed in 1959, and the sheet is in good condition, never folded and only moderately handled. It takes in the eastern side of Wilkes-Barre in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, with the quad area also including Wilkes-Barre Township, Laurel Run, Bear Creek Village, and Penn Lake Park. The 20-foot contour interval traces the ridges and creek valleys east of the city, terrain that shaped the anthracite coal country this part of Pennsylvania was long known for.
